Order lifestyle assessments and reports across your constituents; we provide you with a Unique Service Code that you give to your audience to take a personal assessment and to view their private risk report at our screening website, service codes are set to quantity limits based on your order.
If you know how many lifestyle assessments you want, purchase them under our Prepay Plan. Credits have no time limit and expire as they are used.
For clients who want greater flexibility in the number of assessments, select our Monthly Service Plan based on your anticipated monthly volumes tiers.

Data Purchase
Purchase a copy of your data results by individual or all topics in arrears for deep analysis by your data science team.
Data files are provided in Excel CSV format to your Account Administrator via an encrypted folder at Sync.com.
Select data at any level of granular analysis, e.g. buy behavior data or health symptoms by age, gender, education level or ethnicity, purchase health condition topics to understand lifestyles and health outcomes by e.g. Type 2 Diabetes.
NB: Clients who purchase all data fields receive a file that is coded with our risk scoring algorithm, allowing you to conduct unprecedented risk analysis on the lifestyle and health levers of your community.
